Wife killed after updating facebook dating honduran woman

The daughter of the victim, Raymond Veloz, filed the suit Monday in Cook County Circuit Court claiming that Araceli Beas' Facebook page showed an update posted at a.m. 7, 2010 - the same time that Veloz's cell phone records showed a call being made to 911.

Veloz's daughter Regina Cabrales alleges in her suit that Beas operated her vehicle without keeping a proper and sufficient focus, drove while using an electronic communication device and failed to slow down to avoid an accident, reports CBS affiliate WBBM.

“They took her out, offered her a sedative-laced drink and pushed her off a cliff in Pokhra itself,” the IG told reporters.

“However, even after killing Rakhi, they kept updating her social media account through her mobile phone,” he said.

Dr Singh, who has confessed before STF that he had tried to kill her several times earlier as well, however, came this time with a pre-determined plan and executed it.

“After the arrest of the three, we have recovered a Scorpio (UP-53CN 2843), voter ID card of Rakhi, Nepali mobile recharge card, two PAN cards, an ATM card and four mobile phones from their possession,” the IG said.
